I came to Lake of the Ozarks in 2013, fell in love with the area and a boy, and never went back. In 2019, I plunged into the real estate industry because I want to help people--help the process not seem as daunting, help their dreams become reality, help them make hard decisions...
Overall, I saw the real estate industry as a place where I could use my skills and talents and spread love while doing it. Rob began in real estate in 1995, with an early success that earned several awards such as: Rookie of the Year, Rising star and #1 Sales units closed, and member of the Million Dollar Club. He realized due to the rapid growth, he needed to form a team that would help him serve his client’s needs. The team is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams because our team leader, Rob Ellerman, never stops looking for new and innovative ways to serve our clients, builders, and his own real estate team of agents.
Brandon has 15+ years of sales experience involving personal technology, furniture, and appliances. Brandon has lived in Missouri for over 15 years! He enjoys being outdoors and going on adventures with friends and family.
As a native of KC and a degree in Marketing, I started my career in Real Estate in 2005. I've never looked back. I love helping people work through the process of selling their home, and helping buyers navigate the options available to them in buying a new dream home. I've met so many wonderful people in my 16.5 years as a Realtor. I offer my clients a seamless real estate experience! I pride myself in spoiling my clients so there is nothing buy SMILES and a great feeling about their choices in buyers, or which home to purchase! Rhonda's first passion and business was business professional photography! She owed a studio for over fifteen years before getting her licensure for Occupational Therapy Assistance to help others with developmental disabilities, assistive technology, and more. All of this had led to Rhonda getting her Real Estate license 3 years ago. Rhonda is a mother to two lovely daughters, and has 9 grandchildren. Rhonda has volunteered in Guatemala to help children in small towns on the side of a volcano. She enjoys hiking, motorcycles, nature, and horses. Lake of the Ozarks, specifically the 68 MM, is where she has been coming to for over 50 years!
Cherylin brings personal experience from buying and selling several homes and land parcels of her own. In 2017, she took on the ambitious project of designing her own home, serving as the contractor, and completing the build—move-in ready—within just six months. Named after her grandmothers, Cheryl and Linda, Cherylin has deep roots in Benton County. Her Johnson family has been part of the community since 1840, with the original 600 acres of Johnson land still in the family. She was raised on her parents’ 550-acre property, which was originally purchased by her great-grandparents. Cherylin has a strong passion for history, ancestry, and genealogy.
Nathanael, a Kansas City native, relocated to the lake in 2020 and began his real estate career, which has been steadily growing ever since. With a blue-collar background and a lifetime of working with his hands, he recognized the need for a career change to build true wealth. His wife joined him on this journey, and together they found the perfect fit by combining his construction expertise with their shared passion for real estate.
Lexi is a real estate agent from a small town in Iowa. Just after obtaining her real estate license in Iowa, Lexi spontaneously moved to the Lake of the Ozarks to be closer to family.
Outside of real estate, Kirsten loves traveling and exploring new places with her husband. When they’re not out and about, they spend time updating their rental properties or relaxing at home with their three dogs—two corgis and a golden retriever. Kirsten and her husband are thrilled to be at the lake and look forward to discovering everything the area has to offer.
Amanda has spent the last few years working within the world of Interior Design. She has worked with local realtors to stage homes for sale and consult with homeowners on what they can do to prepare their home to be sold for the best price possible. The majority of her interior design work has been spent doing E-design projects for clients across the nation. This is an aspect of design she has grown to really love. Amanda moved to the Lake from Kansas City for her husband’s job. They love Kansas City and Love the lake and are happy to make both of these places home! Together, they have three children and she is a total soccer mom.
As a retired educator, Eric has enjoyed working with people and being on a team. Eric has been a teacher, coach, and administrator. He has lived in the Kansas City area his whole life, with the last 24 years spent in Lee's Summit. Eric and his wife, Karla, have a blended family with five kids, four grandkids, and one on the way!
Carol brings nearly 3 years of real estate experience and success with ReeceNichols! Carol won Rookie of the Year with $7M in sales. Previously, she had a 34 year career in middle management at a Fortune 10 company. Carol enjoys helping clients stage their home for success!
Christine is a newer agent who previously worked in a real estate office. She has a passion for kayaking and spends a lot of time on the water. Christine also enjoys cooking, grilling, and smoking food. When asked why she joined the team, she said “I researched a few offices and when I learned about what this team offers, it just clicked and made sense.”
A longtime Lee’s Summit resident, Brent says his career choice was definitely the right one. Like many realtors in the game this long, Brent survived the rocky years of 2009, 2010 and 2011. And still loves it. Brent grew up in Camdenton, Missouri near the Lake of the Ozarks and is building a house in Lincoln, Missouri, where he owns acreage. His passions are hunting, fishing and canoeing.
His two sons are both Lee’s Summit West graduates, with one living in Raymore and other just out of the Marine Corps.

Christy has been a Realtor in the Lake of the Ozarks area since 2021. In 2009 she got her start in real estate investing in Kansas City, She graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Finance which led her into a long banking and career of 16 years. She made the move to be a full time Lake of the Ozarks resident!
